Spin Test

This toolbox includes MATLAB scripts to perform a "spin test" of anatomical correspondence between cortical surface maps, as presented in "On testing for spatial correspondence between maps of human brain structure and function," Alexander-Bloch et al., NeuroImage, 2018.
