Ruby 1.8.7+ - Download @ ruby-lang.org
Gosu        - Install with 'gem install gosu'
Chingu      - Install with 'gem install chingu'
OpenGL      - Install with 'gem install opengl'

www.freesound.org for sound
Inkscape for GFX
SCiTE for editing
