This is the implementation of 'Orthogonal Annotation Benefits Barely-supervised Medical Image Segmentation'.

1.Clone the repository

2.Put the data in /data/xx

3.Train the model:

python train_desco.py --gpu 0 --dataset 'la' --split 'train'

Part of the code is based on UAMT.
